All Loft rewards can only be redeemed online upon purchase of merchandise in the country of your Beauty Pass registration from 1st January 2018, 0000 hrs to 16th September 2019, 2359 hrs. We will account for products purchased both on sephora.com.au and in-store. Once you sign in to your Beauty Pass account online, you can select from the available rewards at checkout. If another item of the same category is purchased, it will not count as another step. The Skincare categories applicable to the offer; Pre-cleanse, Cleanse, Tone, Mask, Treat, Moisturise, Eye Care, Sunblock, Tinted, Mist and Supplement. Your purchases will be synced with your Skincare Loft account within 48 hours after delivery for online purchases, and 3 - 5 business days after in-store purchases. Loft rewards that have been redeemed may not be returned or exchanged for points, cash, or for another product, Gift Card, or e-gift certificate at any time. For more details, please refer to the FAQs. Loft rewards are available while supplies last and substitutions by Sephora may occur. If your online order is not completed during the same visit, the Loft rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem a Reward during checkout. Due to the limited nature of the Loft rewards, we regret that we are unable to reship Loft rewards if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. In the event a Loft reward arrives damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact Sephora Customer Service. Otherwise, Loft rewards may not be returned or exchanged. If a Loft reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sephora's control, Sephora may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value. Loft rewards are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY. The retail value of the Loft reward does not count toward Sephora’s free shipping threshold.
1. Membership & Eligibility
The Sephora Beauty Pass Program ("Program") is a rewards program offered by Sephora Australia Pty Ltd and Sephora Digital SEA Pte. Ltd. ("Sephora") to customers resident in Australia. Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sephora and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. You must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of Australia to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). A purchase is necessary to become a member. Affiliates of Sephora may also have similar customer programs; Membership in the Program does not confer any rights or benefits in the program of any other Sephora affiliate.
2. Unlocking and Redeeming Loft Rewards
Details of the Loft rewards available and how to redeem these rewards are on the Program Website, including any limits or conditions on redeeming Loft rewards. All Loft rewards can only be redeemed online upon purchase of merchandise in the country of your Beauty Pass registration from 1st January 2018, 0000 hrs to 16 September 2019, 2359 hrs. We will account for products purchased both on sephora.com.au and in-store. Once you sign in to your Beauty Pass account online, you can select from the available rewards at checkout. Rewards redeemed to be determined by Sephora in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in order to redeem your Reward, you must (i) accumulate a minimum number of steps as established by Sephora, and (ii) make an additional purchase of merchandise from Sephora at the time that you redeem your rewards. Program members are able to redeem no more than one of each Reward per transaction. Steps have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Rewards. Sephora may, in its discretion, allow steps to be redeemable for other items of merchandise from time to time. However, steps are never redeemable for cash. Loft Rewards are available with steps redemption while supplies last and substitutions by Sephora may occur. If your online order is not completed during the same visit, the Loft rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem a Reward during checkout. Due to the limited nature of the Loft rewards, we regret that we are unable to reship rewards if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. In the event a reward arrives damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact Sephora Customer Service (AU) or visit your local Sephora store. Otherwise, Loft rewards may not be returned or exchanged. If a Loft reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sephora's control, Sephora may substitute a reward of equal or greater value. Loft rewards are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY. The retail value of the Loft reward does not count toward Sephora’s free shipping threshold.
3. Changes, Termination & Removal From Program
If for any reason the Skincare Loft is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), Sephora reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Skincare Loft including the Loft rewards and these Terms, or to suspend or terminate the Skincare Loft. In the event of such modification, suspension or termination, Sephora will notify the members of the Skincare Loft via email, as well as by communicating this on our website. Members will not receive any compensation from Sephora in the event of modification or suspension of the Skincare Loft. Any abuse of the Skincare Loft, failure to follow any terms of the Skincare Loft, Membership inactivity for more than 18 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Sephora, or fraud or attempted fraud, may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Skincare Loft. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled (whether by you or Sephora in accordance with these Terms), or if the Beauty Pass Program is terminated, any Points in your account will automatically expire. Sephora will notify you via email prior to making changes to these Terms. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. In the event that the Terms of the Program change, you may choose to cancel your Membership through your Membership profile or by sending an email to our Customer Service Team.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sephora will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation or Membership in the Program, including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Program or as a result of you redeeming and/or using a Loft reward. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, the limitations on Sephora's liability set forth herein shall apply whether for breach or repudiation of the contract, or whether in tort, civil liability by way of negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. By agreeing to these terms, you willingly agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian willingly agrees) that you have relinquished your right to seek these damages from Sephora and that this is a reasonable allocation of risk. You may have certain rights in respect of goods or services provided in accordance with these Terms that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms must be read subject to these statutory provisions.
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights and all other forms of intellectual property rights existing in the world) of all Skincare Loft content and all software used in connection with the Skincare Loft is the property of and are owned by or licensed to Sephora or its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise indicated on a particular part of the Skincare Loft materials, permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Skincare Loft materials for the sole purpose of accessing the Skincare Loft and the services provided therein for personal use. Any other use of Skincare Loft materials - including reproduction, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance - without the prior written permission of Sephora is strictly prohibited.
6. Applicable Law
The Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales in Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby consent (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian hereby consents) to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts having authority over matters arising in New South Wales in all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program.

International Membership Status Match
*Valid only for Australian customers holding an overseas membership. Sephora European or Middle East Region Gold or USA VIB Rouge members can match their tier with the Sephora Australia Beauty Pass Gold Tier via an existing or new Australian membership. Proof of tier status in the European, Middle East or USA Sephora program is required either in the form of a physical/digital membership card or Sephora email stating the tier status no older than 12 months. The new Beauty Pass tier is valid for 12 months and the status match is allowed only once, after which the member will have to spend to retain their Australian tier. Members availing this benefit are eligible for all the benefits available to a Black or Gold tier member in Australia. This benefit is currently available only in Sephora stores and online at sephora.com.au.
